  I'm a leasing specialist. I called to get a rental verification. Staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. The lady had no customer service whatsoever. very embarrassing coming from the same industry. Corporate should clean up that office staff.

  Despite the bad reviews, the place is under new management Nancy is wonderful & Viviana who handled me directly was professional, on time & had great customer service.

  Not happy with the miscommunication as a future tenant. I was told one thing last week and then I called to be informed that my apartment would not be ready Friday and I am driving with my NEWBORN 19+ hours t because online shows the unit as “available now” yet I’m told it’s not available until now they week. That’s not what I was told nor what shows online so the miscommunication is frustrating and misleading as someone who is relocating and has done this before but received better communication from the landlord. Temple Texas definitely gave me great service and informed me of things BEFORE not after. So yeah so far not happy.

  Don’t move here. Just as simple as that. These apartments are trash. People leave stuff on your car, they don’t fix things, they charge you like they are 5 star but they truly aren’t. The are roach infested, tacky, and just a complete ripoff. If you have any other choice go somewhere else because I’m already looking and unfortunately I still have 10 months. The office are good at lying and covering up things just go somewhere else between the staff and the crook photos they display online just don’t come here.

  I have been living here for this would be my 3 year here. I really like living in a community where I feel comfortable. The new assistant manager there Lisa went above and beyond for me recently. She made sure I was taken care of. My A/C went out in the middle of summer, so she made sure I was taken care of. I got a new apartment and I absolutely love it. Make sure you check them out the new management that is there really cares and will work with you. Highly recommend.

  Excellent quality rooms with a difference. Great hosts, we will definitely be visiting again. Highly recommended.
