Rang up to inquire about missing food from our order (after having gone all the way down to the river to eat) and after she had a go at me over the phone, she banned us from her shop all because I said ''but isnt the customer always right?" and asked for a refund for a $10 burger that they gave to someone else after swearing black and blue they gave it to us. My mother in-law sat listening and was in shock! Absolutely disgusting! Not the way you treat locals especially! There are much better fish and chip shops in town.
